Excellent intake system
Adopting 4-valve technology (each cylinder is equipped with 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves), 4-cylinder 16-valve, with turbocharger, the engine intake is more complete and exhaust is more thorough.
Precise fuel supply system
Equipped with high-pressure common rail device, combined with central injection design, the fuel supply is more accurate.
Low vibration and low noise
Adopting reliable vibration reduction device, it achieves low vibration and low noise, reduces failure rate and stabilizes operating efficiency.
Comply with the non-road National IV emission standards
The post-treatment adopts EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) + DOC (catalytic converter) + DPF (particulate capture), combined with an excellent intake system and precise fuel supply system, so that Kubote
tractors can achieve high power output while meeting the non-road National IV emission standards.
The regeneration of the Kubote engine DPF has two modes: automatic regeneration and parking regeneration. When the DPF needs to be regenerated, the ECU judges according to the accumulation of particulate matter in the DPF, whether to choose automatic regeneration while the machine is working or parking regeneration that requires the user to stop working and perform manual operation.
