Kubota diesel engine
Equipped with Kubota vertical water-cooled 4-cylinder diesel engine, it achieves high torque output while adopting a miniaturized design. With sufficient power and strong traction, the machine has sufficient power reserve when dealing with heavy-load operations.
Excellent intake system
Adopting 4-valve technology (each cylinder is equipped with 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves), 4-cylinder 16 valves, and a turbocharger, the engine intake is more sufficient and the exhaust is more thorough.
Accurate fuel supply system
Equipped with a high-pressure common rail device, combined with a central injection design, the fuel supply is more accurate.
Low vibration and low noise
Adopting a reliable vibration reduction device, it achieves low vibration and low noise, reduces the failure rate, and stabilizes the working efficiency.
Complies with the non-road National IV emission standard
In terms of post-treatment, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) + DOC (catalytic converter) + DPF (particulate capture) are adopted, and with an excellent intake system and a precise fuel supply system, the Kubota tractor ensures high power output while meeting the non-road National IV emission standard.
The regeneration of Kubota engine DPF has two modes: automatic regeneration and parking regeneration. When the DPF needs to be regenerated, the ECU judges based on the accumulation of particulate matter in the DPF and selects automatic regeneration in which the machine regenerates while operating or parking regeneration in which the user needs to stop the operation and perform manual operation.
